Estate planning attorneys responsive to your needs.
And yes, we can do it remotely!
An online law firm for an online world.
We specialize in making estate planning convenient for you and your family. We use state-of-the-art video conferencing technology to meet with you wherever you are. Want a fact-to-face meeting? No problem. Come to one of our offices and meet with one of our attorneys located in your state. Either way, we provide all the estate planning documents you’ll need to protect your family’s legacy.
We Provide Solutions
Each of our plans, whether it’s will-based or trust-based, provides your family a suite of documents to cover every detail of passing on your legacy. In addition to the trust and will documents, each plan includes financial and health care powers of attorney, medical directives, and a complete description of what each document is for.
3 Steps & 2 Weeks to Protect Your Legacy
1
Complementary Consultation
Our experienced estate planning attorney will ask you questions and learn abut you, your family, and your needs. We’ll discuss the basics of estate planning and come up with options to accomplish your goals. At the end, we’ll quote you our flat fee pricing for your legacy plan.
2
Drafting & Review
We’ll get to work drafting your estate planning documents according to your legacy plan. After we have a draft, we’ll then go over them with you to ensure accuracy. If we need to make changes, even multiple times, we do so until you are completely satisfied.
3
Signing & Funding
After your legacy documents are exactly as you want them, we’ll sign, notarize, and compile your legacy plan into a small, understandable binder, complete with a description of what each document does and what they’re for. For trust-based plans, we’ll also ensure that your new trust is funded.
"Planning for the future always was a bit uneasy for me. It’s kind of a scary thing planning for when you won’t be around. But LegacyGuard took a lot of that anxiety and fear out of the equation. I’m grateful everything is planned so that my family is taken care of."
